AI structured classification and confirmation primitives for the Ferro framework.

Provides a provider-abstracted classifier for LLM structured JSON output with configurable schema, model selection, confidence thresholds, and retry behavior. Also includes a confirmation state machine for gating destructive actions behind explicit user approval.
