## Summary
Successfully integrated `feagi-observability` into all feagi-core crates that require logging.

## Notes
- **feagi-burst-engine** still has many `println!` statements for debugging. These can be gradually converted to `tracing::*!` macros as needed.
- All logging now uses structured tracing with crate-specific targets, enabling fine-grained filtering.
- The `feagi-observability` crate provides a unified foundation for logging, metrics, tracing, and profiling.
