Readiness ladder for a matrix row’s source (#371). A single ordered axis answering “when does this row run?”. Default (when absent) is Active.

Variants

Mandatory

Always runs; cannot be narrowed out except by an explicit --skip <id>.

Active

Runs by default (bare faucet run). The absent-default.

Available

Ready, but opt-in: runs only when requested via --status available.

Draft

Work-in-progress: runs only under --status draft.

Archived

Retired, kept for history: runs only under --status archived.
