External-plugin dry-run primitives for the CLI’s plugin-check command. A single manifestEntries diagnostic with typed payload slots (agents read the slot their kind implies rather than parsing prose).

kind: WarningKind

glob: Option<String>

The offending manifests glob (for manifests-matched-none).

field_path: Option<String>

The offending field path (for unresolved or value-limit warnings).

manifest: Option<String>

The manifest a per-manifest warning relates to (root-relative).

entry: Option<String>

The offending entry or template (for entry-path warnings).
