The exarmo command, which decodes instructions in either instruction set.

A hex argument of - reads a word per line from the input. --byteswap reads the digits as the bytes sit in memory, and --debug prints the instruction's fields beside its text. A word that is CONSTRAINED UNPREDICTABLE, and still decodes as the instruction, has (unpredictable) after its text, as the corpus writes it. The aarch64 and aarch32 features choose which instruction sets are built, and both are on by default.
