ETDL Python target: generates a Python developer API (dataclasses, ABC handler interfaces, orchestration functions) bound via stdlib ctypes to the same compiled Rust ETDL runtime the Rust target consumes. Pure Rust to build — no Python needed to build this crate, only to run its generated output.
