Previously `ErrorMessage::new` required a `String`.  
Now, it only requires something that has the `ToString` trait.  
Same for `ErrorMessage::err` and `ErrorMessage::with_context`

# 1.2.0: Add optional feature called "send", which makes `ErrorMessage` `Send` and also requires all underlying errors to be `Send`
