Expand description

What the caller wants.

Fields§

§job_id: Option<&'a str>

Job id / work-dir name; None mints one.

§cwd: Option<PathBuf>

Directory the command runs in (default: the current directory).

§harvest_back: bool

Store the units the job produced back into the vault.

§remove_on_success: bool

Remove the work dir after the run — success or failure. Without it the dir is kept for inspection.

§reuse: bool

Continue in an existing job dir instead of refusing (restore is idempotent; a dir a live build holds is still refused).

§target_dir: Option<&'a str>

The child’s CARGO_TARGET_DIR: Some("job") means <work dir>/target (per-job finals — the fully parallel case); any other value is a path.

§command: &'a [String]

The command, argv-style.
