eorscope

Dated statutory employer-contribution changes by country (rates, annual caps, thresholds, floors), read from official sources, as published by EOR Scope at https://eorscope.com/data/.

The dataset is embedded in the crate: no network access, parsed once on first use. Each change carries its effective date, legal status (enacted, budget announced...), the source URL, a verbatim quote and the date the source was read.

Example

// United States: Social Security wage base for 2027.
let us = eorscope::changes_for_after("US", "2026-12-31");
let ss = us
    .iter()
    .find(|c| c.contribution_id.as_deref() == Some("social_security"))
    .unwrap();
assert_eq!(ss.change.cap_annual_local, Some(192_300));
println!("{} from {}: {}", ss.country, ss.effective_from, ss.source.url);

API: changes(), changes_for(iso), changes_after(date), changes_for_after(iso, date) (dates are yyyy-mm-dd, compared as strings, strictly after), and dataset() for the full snapshot including pending items.
