//! With default features disabled, hexadecimal key parsing, key display, and
//! encoding-name parsing require neither allocation nor `std`. The `alloc`
//! feature adds string-returning encoding APIs and owned-data conversions;
//! `std` includes `alloc`. Defaults enable `std` and all encodings.
//!
//! Codec features enable their required dependencies; `base32z` and `base64`
//! also enable `alloc`. Integrations are optional. The `clientele` feature
//! enables `std` for its error conversion, and `cli` enables both.
