- Follow [Keep a Changelog]https://keepachangelog.com format
- Reference GitHub issue/PR numbers: `(fixes #31)`
- Group by `Added / Fixed / Changed / Deprecated / Removed / Security`
- **Date = today in UTC** (`YYYY-MM-DD`)
