ecma-runtime-cat 0.2.0

ECMAScript runtime: native built-ins (console, Math, JSON, parseInt, isNaN, ...) that the boa-cat engine exposes to scripts. v0.2.0 bumps to boa-cat 0.3 (accessor-property support): no source changes required since this crate installs only data properties via the backward-compatible `Object::from_properties` / `Object::with` / `Object::get` / `Object::properties` APIs.
