A [tree-sitter][__link0] implementation for Duat

`duat-treesitter` currently does two things:

* Syntax highlighting
* Indentation calculation

Both of those things are done through the [`TsParser`][__link1] reader,
with the [`PubTsParser`][__link2] public API.
