# **Dtact Sponsorship and Funding Policy**
As a high-performance runtime security and execution framework, **Dtact** requires substantial computational resources for continuous development, cross-architecture optimization, and rigorous testing under extreme workloads. We welcome sponsorships from individuals and organizations who wish to support the advancement of robust, high-performance open-source runtime systems.
### **1\. Allocation of Funds**
All sponsored funds are strictly allocated to the following technical and operational requirements:
* **Multi-Topology CPU Testing:** Provisioning and licensing of diverse hardware architectures (including x86\_64, ARM64, RISC-V, and specialized multi-socket NUMA systems) to verify runtime stability, cache coherency, and thread scheduling across complex CPU topologies.
* **High-Performance Server Infrastructure:** Acquisition, hosting, and maintenance of bare-metal servers and high-throughput cluster nodes dedicated to heavy-load stress testing, latency profiling, and compiler-to-runtime optimization.
* **Virtualized & Cloud Testing Environments:** Maintenance of distributed testing environments, simulating edge, cloud, and hybrid deployment scenarios for cross-platform validation.
* **Operations:** Hosting and operational maintenance of the official project website, technical documentation, public registries, and secure distribution channels.

* **Certification:** Must sign a formal declaration certifying the legal origin of funds and full compliance with regional and international dual-use technology regulations.
#### **Tier 2: Core Engineering Support ($100,000+ USD/month)**
* **Custom Development:** Ability to request highly specialized runtime plugins or tailored scheduler modifications targetting custom hardware architectures or proprietary virtualization environments.
* **Early Access:** Up to 12 months of "Gray-box" staging and testing for custom runtime modules before they are evaluated for potential inclusion in the open-source main branch.
### **4\. Ethical Statement and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)**
The author and core maintainers of Dtact maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward illicit financial and software activities.
* **Strict Prohibition of Cryptocurrency:** We **REFUSE** all forms of cryptocurrency payments (including Bitcoin, Monero, etc.) to ensure financial transparency, comply with local accounting frameworks, and prevent money laundering.
* **Anti-Malware and Safe Use Policy:** We resolutely oppose the use of the Dtact framework for illegal operations, including but not limited to the creation of malware, unauthorized system intrusion, or evasion of lawful monitoring systems.
* **Law Enforcement Cooperation:** In the event that any law enforcement or regulatory agency identifies a contribution as originating from illegal proceeds, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the sponsor association and will fully cooperate by turning over the relevant transaction details and funds to the appropriate authorities.
