### Scope

**Responsibilities:** Crate-level documentation for `dream`: behavioral requirements and structural invariants.
**In Scope:** Feature specifications (`feature/`), structural invariant constraints (`invariant/`), and doc cross-reference graph.
**Out of Scope:** Source code (→ `src/`), automated tests (→ `tests/`), build scripts (→ `verb/`).
