# Postman Export
**THIS FEATURE IS IN EXPERIMENTAL STATE**
`dothttp` provides ability to export http environments and http requests to postman_environment and postman_collection formats.
Some features of `.http` can't be mapped to postman idealy, yet the best effort to convert requests, variable blocks, pre-request and response handlers is made.
## Examples
Environment:
```shell,no-run
dothttp export-environment -n env.json -e dev --name example > example.postman_environment.json
```
Collection:
```shell,no-run
dothttp export-collection --name my-collection request-1.http request-2.http > my-collection.postman_collection.json
```
