## Open-source license
The project's original code, documentation, examples, maintainer tools and
bundled XML templates are distributed under the GNU Affero General Public
License, version 3 only
(`AGPL-3.0-only`), unless an individual file states otherwise. See the full
[LICENSE](./LICENSE). Third-party dependencies and their notices retain their own
terms; see [THIRD_PARTY.md](THIRD_PARTY.md).
Commercial use under the AGPL is permitted when its terms are met. No separate
commercial agreement is required merely because a use is commercial.
## Separate commercial licensing
ALGFORCE INC. may offer separate commercial terms for code it has the authority
to license, including proprietary integration. Contact
[founders@exceldashboard.ai](mailto:founders@exceldashboard.ai) for
availability and scope. Additional rights
exist only when expressly granted in a separate agreement; this notice itself
grants no exception to the AGPL and does not announce a standard commercial offer.
Third-party code is outside that commercial grant unless expressly covered by
valid additional rights. This library depends on `xlsxcraft`; a proprietary
integration must also have an appropriate authorization for that dependency.
## Contributions
Issue reports and feature requests are welcome. External code contributions and
code pull requests are not currently accepted or merged while the contribution
agreement is being determined. See [CONTRIBUTING.md](CONTRIBUTING.md).
This maintainer intake policy does not restrict rights granted by the AGPL.
