This project aims to develop a small cross-platform command line interface (CLI) for quickly calculating protein abundance using the Pierce BCA Protein Assay. The CLI is written in Rust and is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Current Status

As of the start of this project, my first aim is to develop the capability to analyze the standardized output from the software and equipment used in the Cognitive Disorders Research Lab. This is a work in progress and I will update this section as I make progress.
