This distribution includes third-party open-source components pulled in through Cargo
dependencies and, for the `rusqlite` crate's "bundled" feature, a vendored copy of SQLite
(Public Domain). A complete, versioned inventory of every third-party component in a given
release is generated as a CycloneDX Software Bill of Materials and attached to that
release's GitHub Release page; none of those components' license terms are altered by their
inclusion here.
