## Node Flow Rule

- Goals lead to options (possible approaches)
- Options lead to decisions (choosing which option)
- Decisions lead to actions (implementation)
- Actions lead to outcomes (results)
- Observations attach anywhere relevant
- Root goals are the ONLY valid orphans
## Connection Rules
| `option` | Its parent goal |
| `decision` | The option(s) it chose between |
| `action` | The decision that spawned it |
| `outcome` | The action that produced it |
| `observation` | Related goal/action |
| `revisit` | The decision being reconsidered |
