Programs: a definition compiled for execution.

A Compiler comes from a Registry, and compiles one workflow at a time, so a host owns quarantine: a Rejected issue rejects only its own workflow.

Structs§

AuthoredPath
A path in the authored JSON: keys and indices, displayed as v3 spelled them, tasks[1].tasks[0].id, function.input.mappings[3].logic. The root displays as the empty string.
CompileOptions
How a Compiler compiles.
Compiled
A workflow Compiler::compile_one accepted, and what it found.
CompiledWorkflow
One workflow, compiled and immutable. Send + Sync.
Compiler
Compiles definitions against one Registry, so everything it compiles shares one set of functions and one vocabulary.
Fingerprint
A workflow’s fingerprint: which operators and data keys its expressions use, and nothing about values, order or ids. It shows as v1: and 16 hex digits, and the same workflow under the same vocabulary has the same one in every process and release.
ParseFingerprintError
A string that is not a Fingerprint.
ParseIssueCodeError
A string that is not an IssueCode.
ParsePathError
A string that is not an AuthoredPath.
Program
Compiled workflows linked together: immutable, with dense indices.
ProgramId
The identity of one compiled program, unique within the process.
TaskInfo
What a Program lists about one task.
TaskIx
The position of a task within a program. Serialized as its number, and read from one: a position read back names a task only in the program that wrote it.
WorkflowInfo
What a Program lists about one workflow.
WorkflowIx
The position of a workflow within a program. Serialized as its number, and read from one.

Enums§

IssueCode
What an issue is about: v3’s codes, then v4’s.
PathSeg
One segment of an AuthoredPath.
Severity
When an issue bites.
StepKind
What kind of step an issue sits in.

Traits§

ResourceOracle
Answers whether a definition that a config names exists, such as a connector a deployment declares, and why not when it does not.
