[WIP] currencyapi

currencyapi (previously: freecurrencyapi) bindings.

• Currently only supports the /latest endpoint.
• Includes a rate conversion function, which unlike the /convert endpoint, doesn't cost a request quota, and doesn't require a paid subscription.
