Lewansoul Serial Bus driver for Copper
This enables the communication with the Lewansoul bus servos as a Sink task on Copper.
Lewansoul can consume an owned serial resource via
resources: { serial: \"<bundle>.serial3\" } from
cu_linux_resources::LinuxResources.
