* French formatter now also specifies narrow and en breaking spaces for LaTeX instead of trusting it to use the good one
* `french::format_tex` and `french::format_html` now also escape characters for LaTeX/HTML.
* Since that's a sligtly breaking change, and the first one in a few
years, it seemed like a good reason to bump version to 1.0. This led
to a few more breaking changes:
* `escape::nb_spaces`, which was already deprecated, has been
removed;
