Pure Rust port of CRFsuite: a fast implementation of Conditional Random Fields (CRFs)

**Currently only support prediction, model training is not supported.**
For training you can use [crfsuite-rs](https://github.com/messense/crfsuite-rs).

Add it to your ``Cargo.toml``:

```
