UI primitives for Cranpose
Documentation
//! Pins Cranpose's fling/overscroll physics against traces recorded from a
//! real `UIScrollView` in the iOS 26.5 Simulator (iPhone 17 Pro Max).
//!
//! Recording method: an ad-hoc UIKit app (`FlingMeasure`, not checked into
//! this repo) instrumented `scrollViewDidScroll`,
//! `scrollViewWillEndDragging(_:withVelocity:targetContentOffset:)`, and the
//! scroll view's own `panGestureRecognizer`, logging every sample to a JSONL
//! file readable directly from the simulator's on-host container (no jailbreak
//! or device needed — simulator app containers are plain directories on the
//! Mac). Touches were injected via the simulator's synthetic touch/swipe
//! input; release velocities were whatever UIKit's own gesture recognizer
//! measured for each injected path, not a requested target, so the recorded
//! numbers are exactly what real `UIScrollView` produced for real (if
//! synthetic) touches.
//!
//! Each trace below is annotated with which UIKit fields it came from, so
//! the numbers can be re-derived without rerunning the simulator.
//!
//! Each trace here was checked against the pre-existing Android
//! `SplineBasedDecaySpec`/`FlingCalculator` port and its linear-resistance
//! overscroll before that code was replaced (reconstructed standalone, since
//! the port is gone from this tree): the decay law put the fling-trajectory
//! trace up to 211pt off (density-dependent; tried 2.0 and 3.0) against a
//! 10pt tolerance, the linear-resistance-then-clamp rubber band put the drag
//! trace 14.9pt off against a 0.5pt tolerance, and the critically-damped
//! (stiffness 300) spring put the bounce-back trace 17.9pt off against a
//! 5pt tolerance — 20-30x over each tolerance asserted below.
