No specific guidelines have been defined yet, but the following is a list of features that are being considered for

The first support looked at are encryption oracles that provide the ability to plug
systems, such as HSMs, that provide the ability to encrypt and decrypt data.
The second support looked at is the ability to add custom implementations of encryption algorithms.
