Agreement for Services
This agreement is entered into as of January 15, 2024, by and between Acme Corporation
("Client") and TechCorp Inc. ("Provider").
1. Services
The Provider agrees to provide software development services as described in Schedule A.
2. Payment
The Client shall pay $50,000 upon signing, with additional payments of $25,000 per milestone.
Total contract value: $150,000.
3. Term
This agreement commences on 2024-01-15 and expires on 2024-12-31.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
