Struct ChannelInfo

A channel as surfaced by discovery (ProtocolMessage::ChannelList, DESIGN.md §6).

Only channels the caller is allowed to see are ever listed, so no private name leaks to a non-member; member marks the ones the caller already belongs to.

The channel name.

visibility: Visibility

The visibility tier.

member: bool

Whether the requesting user is already a member.
