Registry load result with config and resolved commit hash.

Fully-resolved registry parameters.

load_registry
Load registry configuration from the given spec.
registry_cache_path
Returns the cache directory path for a registry, matching the path used during cloning. Section MUST NOT affect the cache path (SRS §7.2).
resolve_registry_spec
Determine which registry to use, applying CLI > ENV > config precedence.
