This tracker is auto-managed by `librarian(audit_doc_refs)`. Do not edit `issues[]` by hand —
the action overwrites `issues[]`, `scan_meta`, and `parse_warnings` on every run, preserving
your `status` overrides (notably `wontfix`) and any extra fields you add to an issue.
If you want to suppress a finding permanently, set its `status` to `wontfix`. The merger will
never auto-flip wontfix back to open.
