Guard DSL rules as a validation-pipeline concern shared by every engine.
GuardRuleSet holds the loaded rule files and turns the Guard evaluator’s
findings into Diagnostics: the finding’s template path becomes the
diagnostic’s entity, property path, and source span. Because both built-in
engines evaluate Guard rules through this one type, they cannot disagree on a
Guard finding.
