Timer identifier.

§owner_pid: Pid

PID of the timer’s owner.

§fire_at: DateTime<Utc>

When the timer is scheduled to fire.

§repeat_interval: Option<Duration>

Repeat interval (None for one-shot timers).

§payload: MessagePayload

Payload to deliver when the timer fires.

§cancel_token: CancellationToken

Token used to cancel this timer.
