Struct CoherenceTracker

Tracks coherence history for conversation cycle detection.

Intended to be held alongside the DEMOCRITUS loop state. Call [push] after each coherence measurement and [check] periodically to detect stuck or oscillating conversations.

Returns None if there are fewer than window measurements.

Access the raw history.
