chappi-core

chappi-core implements Chappi v1's typed cognitive graph, semantic validation, immutable patch replay, focus streams, deterministic reentry capsules, projections, and measurement engine.

It depends on chappi-syntax for parsing and canonical S-expression handling. The core has no network, model, tool-execution, or platform-specific runtime dependency. API documentation is available on docs.rs.

Chappi stores explicit resumable semantic state; it is not a format for hidden chain-of-thought.
