Rust 工作空间，包含 `cc-core` 核心公共库——提供分层配置系统 + MySQL / Redis 连接管理。

## 快速开始
### 添加依赖

```
### 配置文件

### 分层配置
配置优先级从低到高：**TOML 文件 → 环境变量 → 程序化覆盖**。

环境变量格式：`CC_MYSQL_<NAME>_<FIELD>` / `CC_REDIS_<NAME>_<FIELD>`，可通过 `env_prefix()` 自定义前缀。
