//! Scanner coverage-contract enforcement (issue #136).
//!
//! Several independently-filed bugs (#131, #132, #133, #135) shared one root
//! shape: a scanner deserialized an artifact into fixed structs and scanned only
//! the modeled fields, so any payload an attacker moved into an *unmodeled*
//! slice (a future config key, a tool `description`, an unrecognized event) was
//! silently dropped — and zero findings reads as "clean" for a pre-install
//! scanner. The unifying fix is a coverage contract: every scanner that parses
//! structured input MUST also run a raw-content baseline over the full text, so
//! coverage is by construction rather than by remembering to add a call.
//!
//! This test enforces that contract. It fails if any struct-parsing scanner
//! stops scanning raw/unmodeled content, converting the recurring silent-evasion
//! class into a CI-visible regression.

/// baseline pass — which is precisely the contract under test.
