Cargo-UwU

• This is an extension to the vast cargo ecosystem, that adds a much requested feature to the beloved package manager: UwU.
• The command is very intuitive to use, just do:

cargo uwu <other_cargo_subcommand>

• and it will pass the subcommands to cargo and make it's output 10000000x times better.
