Rust decoder for the Star Atlas Fleet Rentals (SRSLY) program on Solana, generated using [Carbon CLI](https://github.com/sevenlabs-hq/carbon).

This decoder supports all SRSLY account types:
- `ContractState` - Rental contract configuration and state
- `Fleet` - Fleet data for rental management
