callisto-format provides bidirectional serialization for human-readable markdown changeset files stored in .changeset/*.md:

• Parse frontmatter declaring package bump types (major, minor, patch).
• Parse and serialize release summaries and changelog entries.
• Format-preserving markdown document construction.
