caixa-flake — flake.lisp, the tatara-lisp expression of a Nix flake.

Two modes:

Transpile (default now): flake.lisp → flake.nix at build time. Full Nix-ecosystem interop.
Direct eval (future): sui evaluates flake.lisp natively once sui's nixpkgs coverage catches up.
