Input spec for bv-builder build, mirroring apko’s declarative format but adapted for conda packages.

Spec TOML example:

Fields

channels: Vec<String>

packages: Vec<String>

Package requirements in name ==version form, or just name.

entrypoint: EntrypointSpec

platform: Platform

base: Option<String>

Optional base OCI image to pull layers from before the conda layers. Defaults to debian:12-slim when not specified.
