## Mechanism

There are two instructions that handle each of these actions: `print_cash` and `burn_cash`.

### `print_cash`

This instruction prints $CASH in exchange for Arrow Saber LP tokens.

### `burn_cash`

This instruction burns $CASH in exchange for Arrow Saber LP tokens.
