Embedded [`SQLite`](https://www.sqlite.org/) [`QueueBackend`](https://github.com/unified-field-dev/boson) for Boson jobs and runs.

Thin wrapper around [`boson-backend-sql-common`](https://docs.rs/boson-backend-sql-common) `SqlQueueBackend`.
