      it is more efficient to use <b>BOOST_PP_LIST_TO_ARRAY_D</b>.<br>

      If the <i>list</i> to be converted is empty, as represented by
      'BOOST_PP_NIL', the resulting <i>array</i> is empty, as represented by '( 0, ()
      )'.</div>
