## Purpose
Crate (`blueprint-client-eigenlayer`) providing the EigenLayer client for Tangle Blueprints. Implements the `BlueprintServicesClient` trait for EigenLayer, enabling operator registration, AVS registry queries, BLS aggregation services, and EigenLayer contract interaction.
