# anvil
## Purpose
Anvil-based testing utilities crate (`blueprint-anvil-testing-utils`) providing test harnesses for running blueprint integration tests against local Anvil EVM testnets with Tangle contract deployments. Supports multi-operator setups, seeded testnets, and the full runner lifecycle.
