baracuda-kernels 0.0.1-alpha.68

Unified ML op facade for the baracuda CUDA ecosystem. Exposes every primitive an ML framework would expect (union of PyTorch torch.* + nn.functional and JAX lax.* / numpy ops) through a single Plan-based Rust surface, internally dispatching to baracuda-cutlass, the baracuda-* NVIDIA-library wrappers, or bespoke baracuda-kernels-sys kernels.
Documentation
//! `scatter_add` plan — Category L.
//!
//! `out[..., index[..., j, ...], ...] += updates[..., j, ...]` along
//! the `scatter_dim` axis (atomicAdd, dup-safe). PyTorch
//! `torch.Tensor.scatter_add_`.
//!
//! Trailblazer dtype coverage: `f32, f64` only (uses `atomicAdd`).
//! Integer scatter_add is supported by CUDA but kept out-of-scope.
//!
//! The backward of `scatter_add` is `gather` — callers wire that via
//! [`crate::indexing::GatherPlan`], so no separate BW plan exists here.

/// but kept out-of-scope for the trailblazer.
///
/// **Shape limits**: rank in `[1, 8]`; `scatter_dim ∈ [0, N)`;
/// `out_dim_size ≥ 0`. `updates` and `index` must share shape.
///
/// **Workspace**: none. Caller pre-zeros (or pre-populates) `out`.
///
/// **Precision guarantee**: **non-deterministic** — `atomicAdd`
/// ordering varies between launches.
///
/// **Index policy**: out-of-bounds and negative indices are skipped
/// (no PyTorch-style wraparound).
