- All crate names, crate IDs, and crate-internal module paths changed. Update imports accordingly.

### Bug Fixes
- **download:** remove dead `--version` long flag (`-v` was colliding with the global `--verbose` verb)
- **network:** `get_content_length` removed; unknown remote sizes no longer validate missing cache (the `0 == 0` bug) nor skip downloads
- **query:** restored `query_installed` non-empty result (a clippy refactor had moved `return Some` into the upgradable-only branch, emptying all installed queries)
- **fs:** zero panics on hostile filesystems (non-UTF8 names, stray files, missing cache)
- **import:** `export`/`import` roundtrip now records and restores architecture per app
- **offline:** cache-miss now reports the missing cache file via `InvalidCacheFile` instead of raw os error 2

- Parsed bucket manifests are cached and shared across query threads (avoids repeated JSON parse on `search`/`info`/`list`)
