generation: u64Nonzero, and one higher on each commit, so a two-slot store can tell the newer slot.
buffer_size: u32Buffer_Size.
log_enable: boolEnable.
stop_when_full: boolStop_When_Full.
total_record_count: u32Total_Record_Count; the newest record carries this number.
records: Vec<R>The resident records, oldest first.
last_notify_record: u32Last_Notify_Record.
